Situated in Dubai Logistics City zone, part of Dubai World Central, a new factory for the manufacture of Nescafé coffee mixes and Maggi culinary products will be built. The construction will include utilities, factory & logistics and other supporting buildings and structures in approximately 29,000 m2 of Gross Floor Area. The total site area is approximately 110,000 m2.

The Administration Building and NQAC Building are LEED Gold certified and comprise the reception, canteen, IT room, changing rooms, laboratories and offices. The Services Building includes main switchboards, ammonia chiller units along with cooling towers, compressed air units, workshop, water treatment, water storage and other utilities. All process and office facilities are considered climatised in order to maintain the required levels of hygiene.

The design is compliant with Nestlé Architectural Design Guidelines and Nestlé Process Guidelines and is considered State of the Art in the Region.
