The general assignment was to design a “state-of-the-art” technology factory located at Dubai Investments Park, Dubai, U.A.E. The Green Field project covers a total plot gross area of approximately 140,000 m2.

The facility will accommodate a total of ten production lines for soft drinks, water and juices, factory utilities and services, administration building, raw material warehouse, finished goods warehouse, employee building, site utilities, external areas with hard and soft landscapes, and an executive building.

The interior project was designed accordingly to the needs and functions of each particular building, with a special focus on the production block.

Floors, doors and structure assume an important role in the interior, guiding the workers in finding the shorter and safest routes, identifying exits and creating contrasts, as well as, using colour as a mean of reducing noise perception.
